If I want Horizon stuff, I order from Power Hobby store in NY, prices are the same, plus have bought enough stuff over the years they made me a 'Power Buyer', 10 off everything, shipping is 2.99 for anything. I have very little tolerance for poor customer service, it indicates a serious failure on management to properly train and/or equip their reps to properly assist customers, which is a good sign that I don't want to do business with your company. A-Main and Horizon are out for me, charge 9 sales tax, makes them non-competitive. And support is absolutely of no help whatsoever.Įxpecting customer data to remain wholy intact since 1989 or 2000 is unrealistic. Addresses, bank information, credit card numbers, etc. Proceed with caution if you're going to order from them, as I have absolutely no idea what they have done with my information. or its affiliated companies, members of their immediate families and individuals living in the same households are not eligible to receive this discount.
